    Curtis Pilon-Vinish (B. Ed)

    Chief Executive Officer

    Curtis is a Métis leader and strategist specializing in Indigenous governance, economic development, and complex project advisory. He leads Ogema’s vision, partnerships, and delivery across Nation-led initiatives, with a focus on long-term sustainability, capacity building, and Indigenous control.

    Property & Housing Management

    Michelle is a senior housing and property management leader with over 38 years of experience in Indigenous housing systems, governance, and operations. As Director of Ogema’s Property & Housing Management Division, she provides strategic leadership that supports safe, sustainable, and community-centred housing.

    Administration & Operations

    Denise supports Ogema’s internal operations, systems, and strategic coordination as part of the ownership team. She works closely with leadership to strengthen organizational structure, processes, special projects, and long-term planning as the company grows.

    Indigenous Education

    Dr. Lewis is a nêhiyaw educator, researcher, and language advocate with extensive experience in Indigenous education and land-based learning. He leads Ogema’s Indigenous Education Division, supporting language revitalization, policy development, and community-driven education initiatives.

    Special Projects
    David is a senior consultant with a background in engineering, environmental review, and complex project delivery. He leads Ogema’s Special Projects & Environmental Services Division, supporting multidisciplinary initiatives that require strong coordination, technical oversight, and strategic problem-solving.
